Scooter and Chewy Read - Pink

Pink! So many pink books, so little time! I’ve got a pink loving little girl. She’s also a tutu and princess loving girl. How does that happen?

I’m featuring pink books today that Chewy enjoys. All of them came from Aunt Teacher and Chewy is most appreciative!  Thank you, thank you!

There is a plethora of pink books out there. Feel free to comment and add on other pink books that you enjoy, so myself and other readers can add them to our library list if we haven’t read them. Thanks!

Let the PINK begin!

“Princess Peepers” by Pam Calvert and illustrated by Tuesday Mourning
Love this book! Maybe because I wear glasses. It’s a great story about not changing who we are to fit in. It’s a humorous and entertaining story! Plus, it’s got pink. Pink princess dresses and pink glasses. The illustrations are wonderful! Oh, Chewy loves the book too!

“Priscilla and the Pink Planet” by Nathaniel Hobbie and illustrated by Jocelyn Hobbie
This is just one of the Priscilla books, there are a few. This one is about living on a planet where everything is pink. Can you imagine? Priscilla sets out on a quest to discover another color because she’s tired of pink. Cute and fanciful!

“All Tutus Should Be Pink” and “Best Friends Wear Pink Tutus” by Sheri Brownrigg and illustrated by Meredith Johnson
Pink and tutus! Some of Chewy’s favorite things! These are two cute books about best friends who always wear their tutus. Tutus are for dance class, but they can also be worn for other things. (Like grocery shopping….Chewy’s done that!) Quick and easy readers!

Enjoy all the pink books and be sure to check out all the other great recommendations at Feed Me Books Friday. If you’re interested you can check out my post on little girl gifts…where I tend to give a book and a homemade tutu. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. LOVE this booklist! Thanks for the recommendations - my own little pink-aholics will appreciate the new reads. :)

  2. We are totally into pink, princesses and tutus here, too! Thanks for the recommendations. I think we'll have a very pink week :)

  3. What a cute picture of Chewy on her bike! :)

Jenny would love some 'pink' books. According to her, her favorite colors are "pink, purple, and green". :)

  4. So cute. I especially like the Tutu books. My daughter is obsessed with ballerina's and would love these books. Thanks for the recommendations.

  5. The first picture would definitely be hanging on my wall! That is priceless. My B is all about princess's too so this post is going to be much appreciated by her:)
