Sweet Deals

Finding a good deal is like fitting into your Daisy Dukes.  Or foiling Boss Hog's plan.  Or jumping the General Lee over something.  Or putting your baby in a box with a bow on their head, snapping a hundred pictures, and getting one good photo.  Never mind that the baby is a boy.

Biker Boy requested a season of "Dukes Of Hazzard" for Christmas.  So I was completely thrilled to find that certain TV box sets at Amazon are 50% or more off.  Yippee!  Beside the Duke Boys, there's "The Waltons."  That's one of my favorites.  And "The Cosby Show."  Now that's TV when it was good.  I'm just waiting for "The Wonder Years" to come out on DVD.  There are quite a few other ABC shows that are 50% off or more if you want to take a look.  But these deals only last until November 20th on Amazon.  So speed your way over there if you need some stocking stuffers.  I've already cashed in some swagbucks for Amazon gift cards, so you know what I'll be spending them on!  Oh...and if you're a "Seinfeld" fan, those sets are 50% off until January 3, 2011.

And you'd probably think we'd be making teacher gifts, but not this year.  We'll be making teacher cards with bought gifts.  Sometimes I just need to make things a little easier on myself.  By not making things.  So I got Penzeys baking mini gift box sets for Scooter's teachers and bus driver.  They're on sale, of course.  Yummy, yummy goodness.  Penzeys spices are delightful!  I'm a big fan of "Sunny Spain" and the Vietnamese extra fancy cinnamon.  So there's some sweet gifts for some sweet people in Scooter's educational life.

So those are just a few of the things I'm purchasing for Christmas this year.  Any sweet deals that you've discovered?

Psst....I was not perked, paid, or compensated in any way for this post.  I'm not affiliated with Amazon or Penzeys.  I just like to pass on good deals.
